What We Do
The CLH Foundation provides scarce resources for non-profit service opportunities that wouldn’t come to fruition without assistance. Such funding is generally for the up-front phases of opportunity development such as concept visioning, strategic thinking, planning, bridge financing, and investment. The CLH Foundation also assists in project execution by capital investment in the forms of lending and ownership.

Affordable Housing Loan Program
For low-income families, and people with developmental disabilities, chronic mental illness, mobility and hearing impairments.
Former Foster Youth
From funding scholarships to providing homes for young people, CLH stands behind underserved young people.
Property Ownership
CLH rents properties to non-profits for $10 a month for office and program space, and housing.
